How It Works
We work from your designs and specifications, whether it’s a professional CAD file or a simple sketch. To get started, provide us with detailed information, including:
Material type and color
Acrylic thickness
Dimensions (inside or outside measurements in inches)
Quantity required
Intended application (if applicable)
For simple cuts, just the dimensions will suffice—no drawings required. If you have multiple files to send, feel free to zip them up or email them to us directly.
Production & Lead Times
Our standard lead time for most custom projects is two to four weeks, depending on complexity and current workload. Expedited orders may be accommodated upon request. Small cutting orders without additional customization are typically ready for pickup within 3-5 business days if confirmed before 3:00 PM.
Please note that we do not begin production without full payment and written confirmation of your order. Any delays in confirmation will result in an adjusted timeline.
Pickup & Delivery
All fabrication orders must be picked up from our location. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery services for custom fabrication orders.

Do I need a CAD file for my design?
A CAD file (DXF, AI, or SVG) is helpful but not required. You can also provide a detailed sketch with exact measurements. Our team can assist in preparing your design for production.
What colors and thicknesses of acrylic do you offer?
We stock a variety of clear, colored, fluorescent, transparent, and opaque acrylic sheets in thicknesses ranging from 1/16″ to 1″. If you need a specific material not listed, let us know, and we’ll check availability.
What is the turnaround time for custom orders?
Production time varies depending on project size and complexity.
Standard orders: 2-4 weeks
Rush orders: Considered on a case-by-case basis
Simple cuts: May be ready within 3-5 business days
